Why Morocco should be your next travel destination
Morocco holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite African travel destinations. There are so many things to love about this country. Morocco boasts from its stunning landscapes to its rich history and culture.
Weather
One of the things that surely make me want to stay in Morocco is its weather. There is always a blue sky. Whether it is a cool sunny day at the city or a refreshing sea breeze by the coast. The weather in Morocco is always pleasant. I appreciate the fact that it is never too hot nor too cold, making it the perfect destination for me.

Nature
As an avid nature lover, I am absolutely fascinated by the diverse landscape in Morocco. From the vast expanse of the Sahara desert to the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, I am always in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds me. The beaches along the west and north coasts with camels and horses offers a relaxing and picturesque escape.
Shopping
Another experience that I will always remember is the shopping in Morocco. The souks, or traditional markets, are a maze of colorful stalls filled with unique home decor, jewelry, fabrics, and spices. It was a sensory overload as I explored the vibrant markets, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the bustling streets.

Food
Something I truly miss about Morocco is the food. The fusion of Mediterranean, Arab, African, and European influences created a truly unique experience. The fresh fruits and vegetables, rich spices, and various meats and seafoods. Only in Morocco I have tasted the juiciest and sweetest oranges. We were having freshly squeezed orange juice everyday at a low cost. Drinking Moroccan mint tea is a unique experience that has become a regular part of my tea routine. Since living in Morocco, I prefer some fresh mint leaves in my tea or cold drink for a more refreshing taste.
Culture
Beyond the sights, sounds, and tastes, Morocco has a rich cultural heritage that is reflected in its architecture, language, and art. The intricate designs of the mosques, the ornate details of the palaces, and the lively rhythms of the music and dance left a lasting impression on me.
Morocco is a destination that I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly unique travel experience. Its diverse landscape, pleasant weather, unique shopping experiences, delicious cuisine, and rich history and culture make it an unforgettable destination. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of this beautiful country.
